Data we collect
- When you fill in the request form: name, mobile number, service and area requested, and request details. We use them to reply and prepare your quote.
- Visit source: for example ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), UTM tags and the referring site, so we know which ad brought you.
- Usage measurement through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, when enabled on the site, which rely on cookies.
- Ad-visit log: when you arrive from a paid ad we record IP address, country, network provider, browser and device type, time on page and general interaction signals (scroll, click, movement) to detect invalid clicks and ad fraud. We keep this log for a limited time (about 60 days).
How we use data
- To reply to your requests and deliver the service.
- To measure and improve site and ad performance.
- To protect ad budget from fake clicks and protect the site from abuse.
Sharing
Usage and ad-conversion data may be sent to Google and Meta for ad measurement (which can include hashed values such as a hashed phone number when a request is completed). We do not sell your data. When services such as Cloudflare are enabled to host the site and store requests, they act as our providers.
Cookies and consent
A notice on your first visit lets you accept or decline. You can clear site data in your browser to change your choice. In some regions (such as the EU) measurement and advertising tools stay disabled until you agree.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected].
When you tap WhatsApp buttons or submit the form, the conversation moves to the WhatsApp app and is subject to its own privacy policy.
